Launched in 2009 by real estate veterans R. Allen Schubert and A. John Knapp as a platform to continue their legacy of developing premier real estate assets, AMGKY is a vertically integrated real estate investment and development firm. In the multifamily sector, we focus on developing and acquiring high-quality assets in irreplaceable neighborhoods. In the self-storage sector, we target ground up development of Class-A assets with a mix of climate-controlled, ambient, contractor flex space, RV storage, and other unique uses as a value add to the local community.
